Yes, the contract can be used in the VAT registration process. If the authority asks about our address or an active contract, we confirm the cooperation and help answer questions about the office. The final decision rests with the authority.

The client receives a document confirming the right to use Nowy Świat 33/13. If an authority contacts us with a question about an active contract or our address, we answer as far as the office is concerned.

In Gold and Platinum, no: we notify you about your mail and scan it according to the handling option you chose: up to 200 pages per month in Gold, unlimited in Platinum. In Standard, you collect your mail at the office, and a single scan costs 30 zł net.

Prices start at 27 zł net per month. This rate applies to the Standard package when paying 24 months in advance. You can also pay 12 months in advance or monthly. From activation to the end of the current month you use the full package for free, and the paid period starts on the 1st day of the following month. When ordering, we also charge a refundable deposit equal to one month.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Paying for 12 or 24 months is only a billing method in exchange for a lower price, not a one- or two-year contract. If you pay monthly, you pay the invoice or payment link yourself – we do not charge your card automatically.

Gold includes scanning of up to 200 pages per month. By default, we can scan all your mail. Instead, you can first receive the sender information and tell us which items to scan. The same choice applies in Platinum, where scanning is unlimited. If further scans in Gold would exceed the limit, we will let you know and you decide whether to order extra scans (2 zł net per letter), collect the letters at the office or have them forwarded.

Yes. Standard includes a business address with a contract on the basis of which you enter the address in CEIDG or KRS. Standard does not include scanning in the subscription: you collect your mail at the office, and a one-off scan costs 30 zł net.

Yes, in every package. Standard has 1 hour, Gold 5 hours and Platinum 10 hours of meeting-room time per month. The room is at Nowy Świat 33 and seats 10 people.

Choose a package and billing option, enter your details and preferred start date, and before payment you will see a full summary of the price, deposit and terms. You pay by BLIK, card or fast bank transfer via Przelewy24, then sign the contract electronically via Autenti. After positive verification we activate the service: all formalities completed on a business day by 15:00 means activation the same day; otherwise – no later than the next business day.

Yes. If you’d rather sign the contract in person, write or call us – we will arrange a meeting at our office at Nowy Świat 33/13.

It’s a service that lets you use Nowy Świat 33/13 as your business address without renting an office day to day. Every package gives you an address with a lease agreement, mail receipt with e-mail notification and meeting-room hours. Gold adds letter scanning, and Platinum also a Warsaw business number with call forwarding.

It’s a solution for limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.), sole proprietorships, freelancers, start-ups, remote businesses and entrepreneurs who want to keep their private address separate from their business address.

On your instruction, we will collect an item with a delivery notice for 75 zł net per collection. A suitable postal power of attorney is required; some items may require collection in person.

Not always. Collection by the office requires the right documents, including a postal power of attorney. Without them, you collect an item with a delivery notice yourself.

Yes. You can collect them at the office or have them forwarded – we send them within 2 business days of receiving your instruction. For forwarding by letter we charge Poczta Polska rates + 10 zł net. The Terms also allow shipping via InPost.

Free of charge for 30 calendar days from the day after the notification. From day 31, storage costs 1 zł net + VAT per day – in total for all overdue items, not per item.

No. Room hours are granted separately for each month. An extra hour during office hours costs 50 zł net.

We handle items delivered by postal operators or couriers under the Terms. We do not accept cash-on-delivery items. We may refuse items that, among other things, weigh over 10 kg, are longer than 1 m or contain prohibited goods. The virtual office is not an address for online shop returns.

When the contract ends, you lose the right to use the address. The Terms require you to change it in registers and elsewhere within 14 days. Continued use without a contract incurs five times the monthly rent for each month started, plus possible legal and administrative costs described in §7(5).

Yes. Send your complaint to biuro@nowyswiat33.pl. We reply within 14 days, and within 30 days in more complex cases.

e-Doręczenia is an electronic mailbox for correspondence with public authorities. You set it up for your business regardless of your registered address, and Nowy Świat 33 remains your business address in CEIDG or KRS.

We receive traditional paper mail sent to this address in every package and notify you of the sender by e-mail. Scanning of paper letters is available in the Gold and Platinum packages.
